• Shipping is basically free.
  If you would like a copy of your order on CD-ROM, DVD-ROM or audio CD it only costs $3.00 extra for each item.
  To receive a physical copy of your order please choose the appropriate option from the pulldown menu.
  
  
• Remember, all orders receive immediate download access whether you choose to have it shipped or not.
  
  
• Physical delivery time takes up to 7 to 10 working days as we are shipping internationally. You will of course be able to login and download anything you need before order arrives.
  
  

Because most of our clients need their sound files as soon as possible we include immediate download access with every order.
Once you've placed your order with us you can follow the link to your account on the order confirmation page.
From your customer home page click on 'View Orders'.
This will take you to a page where you will see the item(s) you ordered.
There will be a 'click here to download' link next to the item name. Clicking on this link will download a text file to your hard drive. Open and read the text for your login access.
